Answering to your questions... From what I've seen on other imageboards, if some artists have the same name, their tags also contain their other nicknames or twitter IDs (if they have) in the bracket like neko_(arbuz251). I think the author names only are enough.

I don't know if I will have the time this weekend but I will try to make it.

It's not like it's very hard, but just annoying.

Also should I make only the name or also add like simple page with links to twitter/pixiv/deviant? What if authors have the same nickname?

I will look at it and try to figure it out, but I cannot say it will be done that fast.

About the updates, there will be some soon about other things like making nsfw posts behind a blur (that you can disable) and etc.
